Mashua
Mashua, found between 2,500 and 4,000 meters above sea level in regions like Amazonas, Cusco, and Huancavelica is rich in antioxidants, vitamin C, and calcium. Known for its diuretic properties, mashua helps treat urinary tract infections (UTIs).
